Account type business + transfer limits

Dear community,

 

I am having a little issue. I switched my personal account into a business account without having a real business and company number, etc... Now I added some money on my account and the limits are activated. I tried to contact the customer service but they are not available due COVID-19. Somebody any tips? I am living in Belgium.
