Hi, I sometimes publish photos of toys for sale on twitter & instagram and someone is interested, so the person sends me the payment and a few hours after paypal sends me an email saying that my account is temporarily blocked, I must provide information on my activity, and provide a purchase receipt from supplier? How to do? Because the customer just sent me the payment and we only exchange by PM. how i can rovide purchase receipt from supplier ?
If we've asked you to verify your products, you'll need to provide whatever you can regarding the items you're selling so the restriction can be removed. Hopefully the limitation is resolved soon!
