Account temporarily limited

Account temporarily limited : 
When I loging and click on the bell to see the Notifications, it says : There;s something wrong with your account  
then I click on it, says ;  additional info is required BUT it doesnt say What info is needed. It olny gives me Resolve option which doesnt solve my issue.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
