Account temporarily limited for account verification, now completely frustrated!
I received a message that my account needed to verified and was temporarily limited, don't know why, however I provided information requested. I received email that the information was submitted successfully. I have waited over a week and my account is still limited and I can't find out why. I have sent 5 emails requesting information, nothing apart from we'll get back to you in a week each time. I am unable to access any links in resolution centre. I have had enough and now just want to close my account, but can't even do that. I am at my wits end, does anyone have any suggestions?
