Can somebody assist me as my account has been temporarily blocked for months now as the system mentions that i need to upload the Letter of Authorization, which i have done so on numerous times).
I have emailed various PayPal customer service contacts but i keep receiving an automated message.
I need to transfer funds but the system blocks me.
