Account suspension "Money"

Ok has anyone know what to do or how to go about finding out where the money goes when a idiot loads cash onto a suspended accounts card? I have spent 3 days on the phone with just about everyone of PayPals "specialist" and neither they or their superiors can tell me where this money goes. It goes somewhere. If they can't see it posted anywhere or the store I reloaded my card at says it went thru on their end, "you should've gotten an email" no my account is suspended and I didn't know that. Now I'm out tons of cash I didn't have.

I'm sorry to hear about the suspension. What type of card is it? Is it a PayPal Prepaid card that's associated with a limited account? If so, the funds would still be associated with that card. When the limitation is resolved, the account and card may be used again. If the limitation is permanent or otherwise cannot be resolved, please contact the number on the back of the card to discuss the situation and receive assistance.
