Account suspended

Hello I'm hoping someone can help me. I opened a PayPal account on 5th February and made 2 withdrawals from a survey app. Last week I got an email to say my account was being closed. I don't know why. I phoned on Friday of last week and the agent advised I emailed the AUP team which I did but have no acknowledgement. I have sent messages over the weekend and just getting the automated response. When I phoned yesterday they advised the hours were closed even though I called at 1.30pm. I tried the live chat but been told agents aren't available until opening hours. I posted on the community yesterday and now my post isn't visible. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks in advance.
