my account has been temporary suspended , paypal said that i have to upload my id showing my photo and address in it , so i did , when should i expect my account to be back , as currently i cant receive, send money or pay online .
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
