I would first check to ensure that the email you received is genuine. If you receive an email from us it will address you using your full name as it is listed on your PayPal account. If it does not please send it to email@example.com. If the email is genuine and you can see that a new email address has been added to your PayPal account please go to your Resolution centre and report this. You should also change your password and security questions to ensure that your account is secure.
