I created an account but linked it to a credit card instead of my bank account. Then I received an eBay payment. Then my account became restricted, requiring all sorts of additional information. My question is, will linking to my bank account free up the restrictions at this point or must I provide all of the info about the sale, my passport, etc to free the account?
