I recently recieved an email saying that the limitations on my account have been dropped and I can now withdraw any outstanding funds on my account. But when I try to withdraw it doesn’t let me!! It doesn’t let me add a bank account It just keeps giving me errors. Pay pal customer service is terrrible!! Can’t speak to no one I need this resolved is there anyone that can help?!?!?
