Just entered a wrong number and it was restricted for 3 months now..they ask me to send my latest proof of bank statement but when ever i click on it to send my details PayPal don't want to open the link, i stil have money in my account that i can't use for 3 months now and stil waiting for someone to send me money fron the U.S. but it's being restricted
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
