Please can someone give me some information my account has had restrictions put on it. I have a lot of money in there but I can’t get to it, they said I owed them fees so I have paid them but still restricted!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
