For over a month now paypal has held onto my money even though I've only ever used paypal once a month or so ago to sell two old photo lenses. One sale for £800 and another for £400 went through paypal via ebay. I've got the £800 which i transfered to my bank account but paypal have now restricted this account and the system wants me to provide proof of address which ive tried but it wont let me upload. Every time i try and contact paypal it is through the pathetic resolution centre which accepts messages but you get a different person answering everytime! There is NO way to talk to anyone and paypal dont seem to be too bothered in the slightest. I'm at my wits end with this company and will NEVER use them again as they can just freeze £400 for no legitimate reason! Anyone know what i can do or have had the same problem?
