Hi, My account has been randomly closed with £270 balance. I have not been going against any of the guidelines so I’m not sure why this has happened? I sold some items on a group on Facebook, provided the tracking information on PayPal and once the items were received by the buyer this happened. (The buyer hasn’t disputed either) How likely is it that this can be resolved without having to wait the 6 months for the funds? Of course the wait time is 5 hours to get through by phone.
