Account problem

Hi my problem is that recently i got this message on noti There’s a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access. i click it and says 

We need you to take action on your account. Some features in your account will be limited until you perform certain tasks on your account. You will be able to regain access to these features once you've completed these.
Reference ID: PP-009-127-042-206
 
I click resolve and do the following they said and they will view it in few days, one day later i still got the message i click it and back again i have to do all the steps again what i do wrong?

Well we don't want anything so your best bet is to............

Contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
