Account problem

I cannot remove the limitation on my account. Documents were submitted weeks ago. ID and proof of address are ticked. What else must I do. I am not on Twitter or Facebook.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
