Account problem and merchandise problem

Problem 1. My account was compromised, so I closed it in June 2020. I received conformation, so I thought it was definitely closed.

Problem 2. In July 2020, I placed an order using my Am Ex card, but instead it went through PayPal, which I thought was closed.  My order from Cuztomboxgifts that was severely defective and was nothing like advertised. I sent multiple messages to their customer support, but all were returned as undeliverable. My payment went to Janit Company Limited. My receipt says to contact Janit or PayPal, however I have no information on Janit. I have contacted PayPal with no response. I need to returned this item for a refund. Note* I am writing this through my daughter’s account as mine is unusable.
