Has anyone had the problem with PayPal placing the account in lockdown, though they are claiming it’s not in that but placed on hold. Their security, which is electronic, has determined that the person I am dealing with doesn’t need me sending them money to purchase items for me.
they let two go thru them put the next one on hold. Account Specialist was absolutely no help. All she could say was sorry for the inconvenience and wait 24-48 hours to try again.
Go Figure that crap.
