It says I can’t use PayPal anymore. I have never violated any terms. Someone sent me money but I haven’t received it because apparently my account is “banned”. How can I get a representative on the phone because the message center isn’t working.
please my account is permanently suspended, I have all my documents verified bank account verified, They asked for the National ID I sent. Why now am I suspended.
