Hello, I am facing a big problem about account permanently limited. there is no showing sloving the issue and I can't send messages to PayPal support, it's keep showing this page is currently unavailable after I click send . I need immediate helping anyone please help me 🙏
If you have been advised that your account is permanently limited then this would mean that your account cannot be resolved. This would be the reason why you do not have an option to resolve it. When a decision such as this is made it does mean that you can no longer use PayPal.
