Account permanently limited isssue

Dear community, 

yesterday I got an e-mail from PayPal that my PayPal account is permanently blocked due to suspicious activities. I was shocked after reading that mail. I didn't do anything against the guideline. Even I didn't make any transactions for a long time. Please help me and suggest to me how to resolve this issue.

I also got an email saying that my Pay Pal account has been limited. How do you know if that is true? Where can I see that status in my profile? Thanks
