I have been using paypal for a while now mainly because it’s secure. And I always bought simple things like Videogames through Steam, or Giftcard codes through G2A.COM. And then suddenly I woke up to an email that said my account is permanently limited and that I violated the “Acceptable Use Policy” which makes no sense as to I have never bought anything illegal in the first place. Like it all just doesn’t make sense, I wanted to apply for an appeal but they never responded on the email even though it’s been almost a week now. I tried contacting their customer service but they are closed, I even tried emailing them but they never responded. What can I do to fix it? Or do I need to open another account?
