After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it.
As a result, we can no longer offer PayPal services to you.
My account was blocked for using it in a 'questionable manner', although I don't believe I did anything unusual. After uploading the requested verification documents my account was reviewed and is now 'permanently limited', apparently for being in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
I have no idea why this has happened, and definitely have not used the account in any underhanded way. Is there a way to find out the specifics for the decision to limit my account, or a process to appeal the decision?
