Hi. I just gained access to my account after months due to having an old phone number that I didn’t have access too anymore. I called PayPal multiple times to remove that phone number and put in a new one that I did have access too. I successfully entered into my account after a few days and everything was normal up till now when I received a notification that I’m permanently limited. I have a PayPal Debit Card and I’m expecting money to be deposited there soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
