Account permanently closed after ten years + spotless

My payPal account was closed permanently with no appeal, over a $60 transaction my buddy @Bradley disputed

I agreed to pay the balance even though he scammed me, just to get my PayPal back

I did nothing wrong, he scammed me into sending him  $60 money, then when he paid me back, he disputed it

My PayPal is important to me
