Account paypal hack, open dispute paypal close case not resolve

My paypal was hack by hacker 12 hour before. him sent money to email (may be china, because fee 4.99$ sent friend and family) .

I did open case dispute on paypal but paypal reject and tell transaction not covert. why ?

What does "transaction not convert" even mean? Anyway...

I did call paypal Singapor but now not time support woks. i did chat support on twitter, facebook, no one reponse 😞
