I had an unknown email added to my account. And I let paypal know right away that it wasn't mine. And all of a sudden that email took over my account and took all my money and I cannot access the account. Money still goes into it. And if I purchase something it doesn't come out of it. I've emailed paypal and they say they can't help because it's not my account or primary email on it..... please help
