I got an email today that an account was opened with PayPal on one of my email addresses I dont use as much. They person has it tied to their phone for 2 factor auth, so I cant reset the password, close the account, etc. It does not appear that my email has been compromised because I see not evidence of logins from anyone than me. The PayPal bot seems unable to comprehend this simple issue. Any advice on what steps to take?
