Account on temporary hold and I'm selling virtual goods

My paypal account is on hold, and asking for supplier information and shipping details. Though I'm selling virtual goods and I don't have any supplier, What should I do now? Is this the end of my PayPal account?

Is it your account that's limited or the money you received that is on hold
