Account on hold

PayPal told me about suspicious activity with my debit card and my account with 36 usd balance is now on hold I cant transfer funds or make payments my debit card is good no unknown transactions checked my card statement no new purchases PayPal just decided to do this. I dont even live in the U.S.A so my ID wont be valid cause I'm from the Caribbean I need any help possible cause I have lost hope for paypal and their terrible service.

In your country you need to have a linked credit (not debit) card on your account to verify it and to be able to receive paypal payments.
