Account on hold but everything has been submitted for over a week

Greetings all,

I am trying to open a webstore for my 30+ year old business. Over a week ago I finished submitting all data, all green circles in resolution centre. 

When my web developer trialed a purchase at my store the money was sent from his account. I had the store set up with my alternate email address so that i could monitor the store separately. I had not set up the email in Paypal. I keep getitng notices of the payment. When I click the collect link it takes me to paypal and there is no way to do anything. 

Paypal sends me an automatic repsonse to every inquiry that tells me to do what i already have done. 

Should i just give up and get a merchant account form my bank?

@Loun86 Did you ever resolve the issues with your account? Paypal have now done the same to me and the funds locked up in the account I desperately need. Thanks
