We keep on sending paypal our government issued business documents to lift up the holding of the money in my account but they are not accepting it. We tried using my personal bank billing statement, but they rejected it. The government issued document is the copy of our payment for the Annual Income Tax last June 2020. Hoping someone will help us resolve this matter as soon as possible.
