I have 200 on hold and 200 in my balance but j cant use anything because you guys put limitations on my account, no one answers the phone, i might as well have had my 5 nephew be my banker. Were in a pandemic i need that money
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
