Good afternoon. Help, please. Registered a PayPal account in 2013, but did not use It . I started using my account in 2018. Sold the goods through ebay, I had to withdraw money, I blocked the account. Because I started using PayPal when I was 17
If you are now 18 you would need to open another account with another email address and bank account / cards and then contact customer services to see if they will transfer any funds on the old account for you..........if there are any.
