Hello my account was negative I don't even know how that is but anyways my stimulus was sent to my pp account and I couldn't log in. I called and was sent to collection agency and I paid the amount due. But my account is not unlocked and I can not log in .
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
