Account locked - infinite loop

Good day,

 

Since October 2018 our business account is locked and we received an email to update our identity information (and so we did!). As per our account settings, all is verified, but are still locked unable to transfer money or even close our account. We contacted customer services (by phone, email and now the community) without any success. We were told the issue would be resolved in 2-3 working days (and still after 3 months our account is locked).

 

We have over $9000 on our account, can't use it, can get refunds, can't even close the account. We are hoping PayPal is taking our case more serious before we will have to reach out to social media.
