I have PayPal business account More then 4 years I use paypal here to accept payment inside my store face to face from customer Before two days ago I received email from paypal said my account have limition and I can't transfer money from paypal to My bank account Ask me proof for my supplier invoice And also proof customers received the products I sent all information I have 48 hours not received any answers Also paypal hold almost 9k I can't transfer is this legally And what I can do ???
