Hello, as everybody im having the account limitation, and i provided all the neccesery information, and all is green, and complete, but still nothing happend! nothing! do someone were there? whats the solution?

I had the same problem and couldnt get nothing done....so i wrote the attorney general and they unlocked it in 4 days.
