Account limited

My account was limited for the 4th time in just 4 days. Every morning my account is limited and every night its restored. It's been happening since 4 days and it happened for the 4th time today in the morning. Automatic transfer to my bank account was also declined. Please help!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Yes I contacted them via Twitter, chat, also via phone call. All I get is the same reply again and again.
