Account limited

Hello! 

So I sold a guitar on a Reverb.com and my account got limited because of the received payment. I submitted all documents, wrote  email asking about the issue, it's been a fee days already and no response and no updates. I as I mentioned, I submitted all documents, my ID was verified very fast, but the rest are still being review and my notifications still state that I need to submit some stuff even though I did it already. 
Did anyone have similar situation? The guitar was delivered on 19th already, customer satisfied, yet my payment is still on hold. What is happening ?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I tried doing it through "Help", but no success, it just tells me that account is limited. 

I'll try contacting through FB.
