Hello my name is italo <removed>, I have my payl account long time, I works on the cruise ship, and we don't have social security and now paypal limited my account because of that. What can I do?. I'm from peru and I buy a lot of thing using paypal account. Please can you help? Now somebody refund me my money and I can uses because is limited my account. I really need your help and undertood.
