I need a help there .

I wait for my 18 birthday to open paypal.

I wrote all the information that Paypal asked me to do , and i open paypal .

I always have one notification thats says 

• There’s a problem with your account.
  Make sure to resolve it so you have full access to your account again

I realy dont whats the problem with my account , and if i had , how could i fix them .

Paypal , guys , please help me , i have some money on paypal and i dont know how to fix this problem , i gave all my information , and they are all correct i am telling the truth .

Paypal please help me, and say me what to do .
