I submitted my documents for them to review a long time ago and PayPal has yet to review them. Can someone help?

You need to contact customer services, can't give you any info as you have not added your country to your profile or said what country you are in.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
