Hi! My account has been limited and I am trying to provide the documents needed but I don't have a bank statement so I hope someone can help me with this.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

i want to withdraw the funds on my paypal balance because the 180 days limited is over and i tried to call the costumer service to help me but the problem i cannot able to talk to the paypal representative , because the their costumer service isnt always available.
