Account limited

Saying I am not 18 years old. When i am 20. paypal have limited my account. Emailed them 2 times in 2weeks Can someone tell me their email or help me in any other way.  What kind of joke is this when i gave them my GST no. and Aadhar card along with other documents.

I think the point is did you open your paypal account when you were under 18?

If so then it would not matter if you were 40 when they found that out, it would still be an illegally opened underage account.
