Account limited

Hello

My account is limited with no reason from 17.07, but i dont have any case in resolution centre and hence no steps how to remove this limitation. Can't withdraw funds, only can make invoice and receive money.

I did no policy breach, etc...

Please kindly advise how to remove account limitation if don't have any case or steps in resolution centre?

If there is nothing in the resolution centre then maybe the limitation is permanent?

As your screenshots are not showing difficult to advise at the moment.

I'm afraid no idea why limited and why if pernament. I wake up one morning and see email that Contabo agreement was cancelled (company who provide us hosting). I was wonder what happend and find out that Paypal account was limited. Still no info from Paypal at all. I attached screenshots in below link:
