Paypal has limited my account and won't let me withdraw my own money. I have only ever bought 1or2 items. And sold maybe 3 or 4 things so don't understand why this has happend. Also the payment that I can't withdraw includes the postage and packaging for an item I have sold and now don't know what to do... help please folks!!!??@#??

there should be a message on your page of your account

they will ask you for proof of identity, a utility bill photocopied

front and back don't cross anything out or they won't accept it

take the photo upload it to your computer

when you go to your home page it will have a resolve message

probably with 2 sections one a utility bill you upload it to them on the page 

they might also ask for photo I.D passport driving licence military I.D

none of which i have so i'm stuck in a loop

They have asked me for everything. Photo id which I also don't have so am obviously looking forward to that battle. Proof of address ( council tax bill ) but also things to do with business related paper work such as invoices and shipping stuff ect. I don't have a business and have a personal acc... what do I do know about the item I'm gonna have trouble sending as the money in my PayPal account cant be withdrawn to pay for the postage and packaging... any help would be appreciated

same boat mate, i sent a utility bill

which its still under review 5 days ago i don't have a photo I.D 

no driving licence , no passport , no military I.D either

been told just ring them up they will ask about a few transactions etc

not done it yet myself i'm well sick of it, got a holiday coming up

money in the account was the deposit : /
