My account was limited today, after a buyer from the UK purchased an item from me. This was an item my father bought years ago and, while he has receipts, they are not within the last 6 months, that information, i.e. his name & address, will obviously not match mine, and I do not have a "supplier", my account is personal, not business. So my buyer has transmitted the funds, but I am unable to transfer them from PayPal to my bank unless I resolve this limitation.
