Hello.
Account limited more one year but still can't add bank accunt on it and withdraw my funds
4 days ago i try link my bank account on paypal, but got error: "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later''
Then i call in paypal and agent ask me update my phone number for accept code from paypal.
Today 5 days and my phone still not update in system, and i still can't add my bank account for withdraw funds.
Who can help me update phone in system for acccept msg and link my bank account ?

Once you got that sorted, here's how to link a bank account:

If your account is limited as in needing to upload documents to confirm your identity, you must resolve that issue before you can add a bank or adding a bank is part of the limitation removal.
Keep in mind, the forums is PayPal user to user help and no one here has access to your account to help you fix this.

1. My account closed more 1 year ago,the limit can't remove
2. When i try link my bank, it show confirm your identity via msg, but paypal code not arrived you think this my mistake ?
3. Five days ago i call in paypal, and agent recommended me change phone number for accept msg (code) from paypal , we change it, and she say wait update next 72 hrs.
4. After 72hrs my new phone still not updated and when i try link my bank again, now i got error: "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later"

I confirmed my phone number, i confirm my credit card, already call 3 times in paypal, they every time ask me wait 72hr but when 72 hrs passed, i have same problem. How many years need wait when this error disappear from nightmare:
